Shipping Policy

Where and when we ship

Every order ships from our warehouse in Scottsdale, Arizona. Orders placed Monday through Friday usually leave the same or the next business day; orders placed over the weekend ship Monday. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Most packages travel by UPS. Small parcels may ship by USPS.

Shipping rates — United States

Economy shipping is free on orders of $250.00 or more shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48). For smaller orders, and for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, Economy and Express rates are based on the weight of your package and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Economy typically arrives in 5 to 8 business days; Express in 1 to 2 business days.

Canada and Mexico

We ship to Canada and Mexico by USPS or UPS. Rates are calculated live by the carrier and shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery, not by us.

Local pickup

You can pick up your order for free at our Scottsdale, Arizona warehouse. Choose Pickup at checkout; orders are usually ready within 24 hours and we will email you when yours is.

Damaged, lost or incorrect shipments

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, email sales@econocraftmaterials.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. If a tracked package shows delivered but has not arrived, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us and we will open a claim.

Address changes

Need to change the shipping address? Email us right away with your order number. We can update the address until the label is printed; after that the carrier's rules apply and a change may not be possible.
